Dr. Cody Gingerich is a physical therapist and CrossFit L1 trainer. He is certified in the Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. Cody also specializes in the management of low back, head, and neck pain including headaches and TMJ disorders. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Lynchburg and his Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science from The Ohio State University.
In addition to co-owning and operating Onward Greenville, Cody enjoys competing in CrossFit Reaction Fitness Collective, serving his church, DIY home projects, and spending time with his wife, Jess and dog, Olive.
Dr. Jessica Gingerich, PT, DPT
Dr. Jessica Gingerich is a pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapist and a certified athletic trainer. She is trained as an internal pelvic floor clinician and specializes in the management of urinary and fecal incontinence, urinary frequency and urgency, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, painful intercourse, musculoskeletal pain, diastasis recti, pregnancy, and postpartum care, and return to exercise. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Lynchburg and her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Roanoke College.
Outside of the clinic, Jess enjoys pushing her performance Swamp Rabbit Crossfit, attending and serving for her church, scouting local coffee shops, and spending time with her husband, Cody, and dog, Olive.
